I am only now finding out ablut the eat clean life style. Im not hugely overweight however now turning 40 years old look back and dont see the old me any more. I have 3 beautiful boys and other than wanting to show them what a strong diciplined female looks like I also want to live a long strong life. I am loving your blog and inspired by your journey.
