I only workout with my trainer for 1/2 hour on Thursday’s and it goes by so quick, I feel like we just get started and then it’s over!! Even though it’s a short workout, it was a really good workout! I think I’ll be feeling it tomorrow! I’m not sure what we will be doing on Friday. Friday’s are an hour workout.
I went to lunch today and had Sushi, with a really good friend, who I knew I missed, but didn’t realize how much until I saw her! When I saw her pull into where I worked I almost lost it. I am the opposite of most people, when I see people who I miss, I cry when I first see them but when/if you leave I can keep it together. I remember when my daughter came home for the first time after being away at college and I saw her walking toward me in the airport, I lost it! It’s weird, you know someone so well, that you can pick their walk out in a crowd. I could not wait to get to her and hug her! I remember someone saying “awe that’s a Kodak moment” I laughed and cried at the same time.
I need to get to bed, so until Friday…goodnight!~B
